Wash away the delicious fat of the beef tripe with some alcohol to reset your mouth, and you'll find yourself eating your chopsticks and drinking your glass away in no time! We also recommend potato shochu, which pairs perfectly with Hakata cuisine.

Good news for drinkers! All-you-can-drink is added to all banquet courses☆
